Italian Pizza....there's nothing else like it!

Ok, let me just say that if you've never had pizza in Italy....YOU'VE NEVER HAD PIZZA! Ok, maybe that's a bit over the top, but I will say it is something entirely different from what we have in the States. Now me being from NY, I am very partial to NY pizza as well wink emoticon But that's a whole nother thing ;-)))

Italian pizza is truly in a class by itself. The crust is much thinner than in the States and everyone gets their own pizza (I love that!)! The combinations are endless and they all have a different name. The one in this picture is Pizza Capriciossa, and it has ham, artichokes, black olives and mushrooms. They are cooked in a wood burning brick oven, and no two pizzas are alike. (I am literally drooling as I write this!) Come with me and you will have all the pizza you can eat :-)))
